Delivery Information

UK deliveries*

Our specialist in-house fulfilment team pick, pack and dispatch wines to all UK addresses. Our service is fast efficient and reliable.

Packaging

Where possible, we will use the existing packaging the wine is shipped to us in from the producer. If we feel this is unfit, we will re-pack in a Wine Company branded, recyclable cardboard carton.

Convenient Delivery

Most of our deliveries will arrive using our national courier and can happen any time between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you provide us with instructions, we are able to leave your wine in a safe place if you do happen to be out. Please fill out the delivery instruction upon check out.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a time of delivery, and at busy periods cannot guarantee a date with our standard delivery service.

Breakages

Inevitably there will be the occasional breakage upon transit. If your wine doesn’t arrive in perfect condition, please contact our sales team on 01206 713560 or sales@thewinecompany.co.uk and we will be very happy to arrange a suitable solution or straight replacement.

Standard Service* : £7.99 - free for orders over £200
No delivery date specified, delivery within 7 days unless notified. Monday to Friday only.

Gold Service* : £9.99
Your chosen day of delivery. Monday to Friday only.

Diamond Service* : £19.99
Your chosen day of delivery, before 12.00pm. Monday to Friday only.

Platinum Service* : £24.99
Your chosen day of delivery, before 10.00am. Monday to Friday only.

Saturday Delivery* : £24.99
Your chosen Saturday, before 12.00pm.
